The UNBC Timberwolves Men kept us on the edge of our seats through much of the 2026 Canada West season. Unfortunately thanks to a pair of road losses last weekend, Steve Simonson's club is now officially eliminated from playoff contention. That said, there is some mega spoiling that can still be done, and with three seniors looking towards their final appearances in Green and Gold, you can bet that pride, emotion and energy will be running high this weekend as the TWolves battle Victoria on Friday (8 pm) and UBCO on Sunday (2:30 pm).

THE SENIOR SEND-OFF:
Trevor Scott,
Adam Korduner and
Pipeijn van der Ende have been excellent soldiers for the UNBC Timberwolves. Scott, a PG local, has used speed and smarts to carve out an integral role for himself. Korduner is fearless, reliable, and has been a versatile piece for UNBC. Since joining the TWolves three years ago as a junior college transfer, van der Ende has provided leadership, toughness and some solid two-way play. All three are going to be badly missed, and all three are going to be celebrated this weekend. Can the TWolves rally around their three pending graduates and grab some more points? We'll soon find out.
