This weekend in Victoria, the UNBC Timberwolves Women have the chance to further muddy the waters of the Pacific Division playoff scene. Starting tomorrow night at 5:00 pm, the TWolves battle the VIkes in the first of a Friday-Saturday double-header.

Third-year forward Brianne McLeish has been a truly consistent performer for the Vikes over the course of her first three seasons with her hometown Vikes. Coming into action this weekend she leads Victoria with four points (2G, 2A) and is one goal shy of matching each of the previous two seasons. With the Vikes clinging to a one-point lead in the Pacific Division playoff race, it'll be important for McLeish and co. to bring their best a hungry Timberwolves squad who's more than happy to spoil the party.

Second-year midfielder Aimee Glasser has been a true good news story for the 2025 TWolves. The Vernon product has started in all eight games this season after only appearing in six games a season ago. Glasser's speed, work-ethic and confidence with the ball are all very evident and her four shots on target rank her fourth among all Timberwolves. Glasser's speed has the ability to disrupt even the best defenses in the conference, and this weekend will be as good a test as any as the Vikes are notoriously stingy on the defensive side of the ball.

• Johanna Rathke's 99 saves places her 42 saves away from matching, and 43 saves away from surpassing Winnipeg's Madison Priebe for the Canada West single-season saves record (141).
• Kambria Mellum is now just one game shy of 50 for her Canada West career.
