Player to Watch: Jade Taylor-Ryan
Â
Fourth-year forward Jade Taylor-Ryan comes into this weekend as the reigning Canada West Player of the Week. The Ottawa product scored three times and added an assist in a pair of victories last weekend against Mount Royal and Victoria. All six of Taylor-Ryan's goals have come in a recent five-game span, and if Taylor-Ryan can find the back of the net one more time this season, she'll have set a new personal season high for goals in a Canada West season.

Player to Watch: Brityn Hinsche
Â
Third-year goalkeeper
Brityn Hinsche gives the TWolves a chance to win every time she takes to the net. Heading into action this weekend Hinsche sits second in the conference with 81 saves. Four times this season Hinsche had made 10-or-more saves and yet despite a high volume of saves, the reigning team MVP is unflappable and maintains such a positive, upbeat demeanor. Hinsche will likely be busy again this weekend as she clashes with the top team in the conference and the country, but Hinsche is the type of goalkeeper who seems to thrive on volume.
