First-year forward Henri Godbout has put together a wonderful season of Canada West play. The Vancouver product comes into this weekend ranked first on the team in points (8) and is tied with Luke Norman for the team lead in goals. Godbout sits just two goals shy of a share for the conference lead in goals, and three points shy of a share for the conference lead in points. He's managed three-or-more shots in every single game he's played so far in 2024 and has managed a shot on target in all but one of his nine appearances.

UNBC Timberwolves

Record: 1-9-2 (6th in Pacific Division)
Goals For: 11 (9th in Canada West)
Goals Against: 36 (13th in Canada West)
Goals Leader: Connor Lewis (4)
Assists Leader: Isaac Tate (4)
Points Leader: Isaac Tate (6)
Saves Leader: Logan Pierce (74)

Player to Watch: Isaac Tate

Second-year midfielder Isaac Tate remains red hot for the UNBC Timberwolves. Last weekend against Trinity Western University, Tate registered a goal and an assist during Saturday's heartbreaking 4-3 setback to Trinity Western, and in the process arrived at the 10-point mark for his young Canada West career. All of Tate's six points on the season have come in a span of six games, and his creativity, confidence and skill have been on full display. A big weekend from Tate would be huge for UNBC as they look to topple the Thunderbirds on their home field.

Milestone Watch:
  • Connor Lewis is one-game shy of 50 regular season games for his Canada West career.
  • Charlie Stewart is four game shy of 40 for his Canada West career.
  • Isaac Tate is three games shy of 30 for his Canada West career.
  •  Adam Korduner currently sits one game shy of 20 for his Canada West career.
  • Trevor Scott is two games shy of 20 for his Canada West career.
  • Second-year goalkeeper Logan Pierce is 26 saves away from 100 for the season.
