The UNBC Timberwolves Women's Soccer team continues their four-game homestand this weekend when a pair of Canada West heavyweights visit Masich Place Stadium this weekend.
The Timberwolves will host Trinity Western University on Friday at 5:30 p.m. before welcoming the UBC Thunderbirds on Sunday at noon.

Friday's clash with Trinity Western also moonlights as Tailgate Weekend for UNBC (presented by Hub City Volkswagen). Supporters and students can look forward to an evening of prizes, free food, and one lucky UNBC student is walking away with a $2000 tuition credit courtesy of the UNBC President's Office.

New Faces Making an Impact
The Timberwolves' newcomers are already providing plenty of intrigue, with Sicily Ramunno, Hannah Rickards, Alexa Talbot and Quinn Bradley making their Timberwolves debuts last weekend at home. Ramunno was particularly impressive on the defensive side of the ball as she played in all 180 minutes of the opening weekend. It was an encouraging start to the season for the aforementioned four newcomers and more players could potentially get their feet wet in Canada West this coming weekend.
