In each of the past two seasons, Gobeil has been named a first-team conference all-star and so far this season she's recorded 15-or-more points in seven of UFV's first 10 games.

Fourth-year guard Olivia Weekes continues to bring a little bit of everything to the UBC Thunderbirds. It feels like forever ago, but TWolves forward
Sveta Boykova is the reigning Canada West Player of the Week. Boykova played a huge role in back-to-back comeback home victories on November 22 and 23 against the UBC Okanagan Heat. On November 22, Boykova supplied 16 points along with 13 rebounds. seven assists, a block and three steals in a 64-55 victory. The next night, Boykova's statline was nearly identical – save for a 20-point effort this time in a thrilling 68-67 win.
