Simply put, Chris Ross is a pain to play against. One of the best defenders in the conference, the North Vancouver product rebounds extremely well for his size, and is the first to take a charge or dive on a loose ball. Coming off a 2022-2023 campaign that saw him rank top-15 in both rebounds and three-pointers made, Ross will be leaned on to lead and contribute at both ends of the court for a Todd Jordan team with six new players on the roster.

Since transferring from Douglas College prior to the 2021-2022 season, Dylan Kinley has proven to be a high-end combo guard at the Canada West level. Coming off a season where he scored 15.3 points per game and ranked top-five in the conference in assists, the six-foot-four Kinley will look to take another step in his senior campaign. A fiery, physical competitor, the Surrey product will command lots of attention from the UNBC defense.
